<br />. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EJC:adg <br />1/21/80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-15 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A JOINT <br />EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />AGENCY AND THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Chairman of the Agency is hereby <br />authorized to execute that certain agreement entitled "Joint <br />Exercise of Powers Agreement," form dated 1/15/80, between <br />the Agency and the City of Santa Ana, copies of which are on <br />file in the office of the Executive Director of Agency and <br />to which copies reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars. <br /> <br />2.
