KEISER AND PAULA <br />B. KEISER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized to <br />execute that certain agreement entitled "Commercial Rehabilitation <br />participation Agreement," form dated 1/16/80 <br />between the Agency and Steven J. Keiser and Paula B. Keiser, <br />copies of which are on file in the office of the Executive Director <br />of the Agency and to which copies reference is hereby made for <br />full particulars. <br /> <br />2.
