<br />. <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARTI(;LE VI <br />AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION <br /> <br />Section 6.01. Amendments Permitted. This Resolution and the rights and <br />obligatlons of the Agency and of the Holder of the Note may be modified or <br />amended at any time by a Supplemental Resolution adopted by the Agency and <br />approved in writing by the Holder of the Note. <br /> <br /> <br />time aSn~ct~~~Pl~~~~tal E~~~~~u~:onsu6~¿:=snt:;feRce:~v~ut~~~~ua~;0~0 ~~i:f~e:ti~~: <br /> <br />VI, this Resolution shall be deemed to be m.odified and amended in accordance <br />therewith, and the respective rights, duties and obligati.ons under this <br />Resolution of the Agency and the Holders of the Note shall thereafter be <br />determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such <br />modifications and amendments, and all the terms and conditions of any such <br />Supplemental Resolution shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditi.ons <br />of this Resolution for any and all purposes. <br /> <br />Section 6.03. Endorsement or Replacement of Note After Amendments. The <br />Noteholder may determine that the Note after the effective date of any action <br />taken as provided in this Article VI requires a n.otation, by endorsement .or <br />otherwise, to reflect such action. In that case, upon demand of the Holder of <br />the Note and presentation of the Note for that purpose at the office of the <br />the Agency, a suitable notation shall be made on such Note by the Agency-- The <br />Noteholder may determine that a new Note, so modified as in the opinion of the <br />Noteholder is necessary to conform to such action, shall be 'prepared, executed <br />and delivered. In that case, upon demand of the H.older of the Note, such new <br />Note shall be exchanged at the office of the Agency, without cost to any <br />Noteholder, for the Note then outstanding, upon surrender of such Note. <br /> <br />13 <br />
