MAIN the applicant, addressed Council <br />REFERRED TO ZONING regarding Minor Exception No. <br />ADMINISTRATOR 81-43, stating that the Plan- <br /> ning Commission had granted the <br />applicant permission for on-sale beer and wine, but the report mentioned <br />off-sale beer and wine.
