MOTION <br /> was made by Acosta, seconded <br />by Luxembourger, to approve and file the Negative Declaration and Find- <br />ings of Fact on the following: <br /> <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION & VA 81-31 - Filed by Fred <br />Mintie to allow eight residential units on a lot <br />with insufficient parking, open space and minimum <br />floor area at 802-804 1/2 North Spurgeon Street in <br />the R 3H District. Warner Warner, requested that Council <br />REFERRED TO P.C. permit him to withdraw his <br /> application of Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 81-22, and to resubmit said application within 60 to 90 days. <br /> <br />Following discussion, MOTION was made by Luxembourger, seconded by McGuigan, <br />to refer the following back to the Planning Commission for submission of <br />a withdrawal request in written form: <br /> <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION & CUP 81-22 - Filed by Orange <br />County Royale Convalescent Hospital to allow the <br />expansion of an existing convalescent hospital at <br />1030 W. Warner Avenue in the C 2 District. Staff <br />Recommendation: Approval. APPROVED. Council- <br />member Acosta also requested Police and Fire Department responses to said <br />problem. <br /> CA 13.1 <br /> <br />EX 81-43 Mr. Frank Valdez, attorney for <br />203 S. MAIN the applicant, addressed Council <br />REFERRED TO ZONING regarding Minor Exception No. <br />ADMINISTRATOR 81-43, stating that the Plan- <br /> ning Commission had granted the <br />applicant permission for on-sale beer and wine, but the report mentioned <br />off-sale beer and wine.
