He related that this was a violation of the honor sys- <br />tem and should not be repeated. <br /> <br />Councilmember Acosta shared with Council an update regarding the effec- <br />tiveness of dogs for police work and extended an invitation to Council- <br />members from the Tustin Police Department to a demonstration to be held <br />on December 29, 1981. He also requested a report explaining City proce- <br />dures on taxi cab franchises.
