<br />REL:adg <br />10/12/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-124 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING <br />AN HISTORICAL REHABILITATION FINANCING <br />PROGRAM PURSUANT TO THE MARKS HISTORICAL <br />REHABILITATION ACT OF 1976 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana initiated adoption <br />of an Historical Rehabilitation Financing Program pursuant <br />to the Marks Historical Rehabilitation Act of 1976 by the <br />adoption of Ordinance No. NS-1519, adding Chapter 34 to the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, providing criteria for the <br />selection of historical properties eligible for financing <br />and criteria for the selection of historical rehabilitation <br />areas pursuant to the said Act; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana completed adoption <br />of such Historical Rehabilitation Financing Program by the <br />adoption by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana of <br />Resolution No. 80~86, dated June 2,1980, designating an <br />historical rehabilitation area and adopting procedures for <br />the selection and financing of rehabilitation projects <br />pursuant to the said Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, prior to adopting the said Historical <br />Rehabilitation Financing Program, the City of Santa Ana <br />provided for maximum citizen participation by persons who <br />would be affected by historical rehabilitation financed <br />under the provisions of the said Act, with opportunities to <br />be involved in planning and carrying out the historical <br />rehabilitation program, in accordance with the requirements <br />of Section 37628 of the said Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana is a local agency authorized to undertake <br />historical rehabilitation financing pursuant to the said <br />Act; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agency desires to issue its bonds or <br />notes for historical rehabilitation financing purposes <br />pursuant to the said Act and to otherwise exercise the <br />powers authorized to local agencies by the said Act, based <br />upon the same Historical Rehabilitation Financing Program as <br />adopted by the City of Santa Ana; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1;;-3 <br /> <br />IB <br />
