ELIAS AND RUTH ELIAS FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 209-213 WEST FOURTH STREET AND <br />PROVIDING FOR THE EXEMPTION OF SAID PROPERTY <br />FROM ACQUISITION BY THE AGENCY BY EMINENT <br />DOMAIN UPON CERTAIN CONDITIONS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Agency is hereby <br />authorized to execute on behalf of the Agency that certain <br />agreement entitled "Commercial Rehabilitation Participation <br />Agreement, (209/213 W. Fourth Street) form dated 3/25/81, <br />between the Agency and Joseph G. Elias and Ruth Elias, <br />copies of which are on file in the office of the Executive <br />Director of the Agency and to which reference is hereby made <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "subject property") <br />specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.
