ORAL COMM. - COUNCILMEMBERS <br />ORD. NO. NS-1613 - 1ST READING <br />& PUBLISH TITLE; ABC PROTESTS - <br />CA AUTHORIZED; COUNCIL WORKSHOP <br />SET FOR 2/20/82 <br /> <br />Councilmember Griset requested <br />staff input and a report on <br />Senate Bill 426 - Compulsory <br />and Binding Arbitration. CA 57 <br /> <br />Councilmember Acosta requested <br /> <br />that Council be furnished Charter Revision Committee minutes as they are <br />available. He stated that he had previously requested copies of the <br />monthly Police reports and had not been receiving them. CA 47 <br /> <br />Councilmember Serrato inquired about a request he had made for a letter <br />from the Transportation Department regarding Greenville School. He further <br />inquired about a request he had made for the City's procedure regarding <br />sandblasting in Jerome Park, and a request for information on the use of <br />the Santa Ana Stadium for a COP auction. CA 38 <br /> CA 52 <br />Councilman Serrato requested that copies of the City Manager's corres- <br />pondence to the Charter Revision Committee be directed to Council. CA 129A <br /> <br />Councilmember Serrato requested reconsideration of Ordinance No. NS-1613. <br />The City Attorney explained that since the ordinance had not been adopted, <br />a request for consideration was not necessary and that action could be <br />taken on the matter. Following discussion, MOTION was made by Serrato, <br />seconded by Markel, to place the following ordinance on first reading <br />and authorize publication of title: <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-1613 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
