AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Acosta, Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, Markel, McGuigan, Serrato None None LIABILITY INSURANCE PREMIUMS - APPROVED MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Acosta, to approve the following: (Agenda Item 19C) 1) New $34,900,000.00 liability insurance program effective February 1, 1982, for (a) Three years and five months (first and second layers); (b) 17 months (third and fourth layers); 2) Payment of $99,460.00, 17 month premiums and fee for the period February 1, 1982, to July 1, 1983; and 3) $13,980.00 premium payment of the City's existing liability insurance program for the month of January 1982. MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Acosta, to author- ize pa~anent of the annual ser- vice charge of $6,280.00 to the State League of California (Agenda Item 19D) Motion passed on the following vote: AYES: Acosta, Bricken, Griset, McGuigan, Serrato NOES: None ABSENT: None Luxembourger, Markel, CA 148.1 MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL - U.S. CONFERENCE OF MAYORS - APPROVED MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Acosta, to: (Agenda Item 19E) 1) Approve renewal of membership in United States Conference of Mayors; and 2) Authorize payment of dues in the amount of $3,500.00.
