<br />t <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />REL:lg <br />8/10/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-94 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL <br />PROPERTY BETWEEN THg AGENCY AND JOE R. CRIDER FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF FIRST AND <br />BROADWAY STREETS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to execute on <br />behalf of the Agency that certain agreement entitled .Agreement <br />for Acquisition of Real Property," form dated 5/28/76, between <br />the Agency and Joe R. Crider for property located at the <br />northwest corner of First and Broadway Streets, copies of which <br />are on file in the office of the Executive Director of the Agency <br />and to which reference is hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />2.
