Officer <br />Armstrong responded to Councilmembers' questions relating to canine <br />handling in police work. <br /> <br />Following discussion, MOTION was made by Luxembourger, seconded by Acosta, <br />to: <br /> <br />1. Approve proposed Canine Program for the Santa Ana <br /> Police Department; and <br /> <br />2.
