SAADI <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />329,., N. BROADWAY <br />ANDRROVIDING FOR THE EXEMPTION OF SAID <br />PROPERTY FROM ACQUISITION BY THE AGENCY BY <br />EMINENT DOMAIN UPON CERTAIN CONDITIONS <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Agency is hereby <br />authorized to executé on behalf of the Agency that certain <br />agreement entitled "Commercial Rehabilitation Participation <br />Agreement, (325 N. Broadway)," <br />form dated 3/25/81, between the Agency and <br />Joseph I. Saadi, <br />copies of which are on file in the office of the Executive <br />Director of the Agency and to which reference is hereby made <br />for full particulars, which Agreement pertains to property <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "subject property") <br />specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized <br />to take all steps, and to sign all documents and instruments <br />necessary to implement and carry out this Agreement on <br />behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br />/J- II <br /> <br />õ~ <br />
