<br />REL:adg <br />4/3/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-25 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A COMMERCIAL REHABIL- <br />ITATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND <br />DAVID L. HOROWITZ, ANDREW R. HOROWITZ, AND <br />THOMAS W. HOROWITZ FOR PROPERTY AT 117 W. <br />FOURTH STREET <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />l. The Chairman of the Agency is hereby <br />authorized to execute that certain Agreement entitled <br />"Commercial Rehabilitation Participation Agreement (117 W. <br />Fourth Street)," form dated 3/25/81, between the Agency and <br />David L. Horowitz, Andrew R. Horowitz, and Thomas W. <br />Horowitz, on file in the office of the Executive Director of <br />the Agency. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.
