AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Acosta, Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, McGuigan, Serrato Markel None No action was taken on the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 82-32 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA SUPPORTING REFORM OF TNE ENFORCEMENT METHODS OF THE UNITED STATES IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICE. CA 131.1 Council recessed at 3:00 p.m., and reconvened at 3:12 p.m., with the same members present. MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Luxembourger, to approve the following: SUPERBLOCK (CIVIC CENTER) PARKING FACILITY OPERATING CONTRACT - MAYOR AUTHORIZEDi O.C. AUTHORIZED Authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Option Agreement with System Parking, Inc., to operate the superblock parking facility; l) Authorize Orange County to return proposal deposits submitted by unsuccessful bidders; 2) Authorize Orange County to refund the sum of $25 for each full day of unused option term after completion of requirements and execution of a 3-year operating agreement; and 3) Authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute an operating agreement with System Parking, Inc., upon notification from the County that the terms and conditions of the Option Agreement have been complied with. 4) Acosta, Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, Markel, McGuigan, Serrato None None AYES: NOES: ABSENT: By unanimous informal consent, Council requested that the operating agreement allow for extended evening operation of the gate entrance at Santa Aha Boulevard to allow adequate and timely exit of vehicles during the evening rush hour.
