<br />8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />4/9/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-23 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA TO EXECUTE A SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND ULTRASYSTEMS, INC. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Commission of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to <br />execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement <br />entitled nServices Agreement," form dated 4/8/81, between <br />the Agency and Ultrasystems, Inc., on file in the office of <br />the Executive Director of the Agency. <br /> <br />2.
