KEISER AND PAULA B. KEISER <br />FOR REHABILITATION OF PROPERTY AT <br />412 W. FOURTH STREET <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. A Permanent Loan Commitment to Steven J. <br />Keiser and Paula B. Keiser for the rehabilitation of <br />property located at 412 W. Fourth Street, subject to the <br />terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The approval hereby given is subject to the <br />condition that the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana approves a Commercial Rehabilitation <br />Participation Agreement for the aforesaid property between <br />the Agency and Steven J. Keiser and Paula B.
