<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />n..:J <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />2/6/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-16 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE <br />AN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE AGENCY AND DAVID P. DELANCY AND <br />WILLIAM E. BLUROCK <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to <br />execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement <br />entitled "Exclusive Negotiation Agreement," form date <br />2/6/81, between the Agency and David P. DeLancy and William <br />E. Blurock, copies of which are on file in the office of the <br />Executive Director of the Agency and to which reference is <br />hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />2. Said authorization is subject to the <br />condition that David P. DeLancy and William P.
