<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />-" I <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />3/3/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-15 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE <br />AN AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY <br />BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND SOTIROS P. GRILLIAS <br />AND ALBERT A. ALVES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to <br />execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement <br />entitled "Agreement for Acquisition of Real Property," form <br />dated 5/28/76, between the Agency and Sotiros P. Grillias <br />and Albert A. Alves, copies of which are on file in the <br />office of the Executive Director of the Agency and to which <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />2.
