MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 16, 1982 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Bricken at 6:05 p.m., City Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Councilmember$ present were John Acosta, <br />Daniel E. Griset, R. W. Luxembourger, Patricia A. McGuigan, and Mayor <br />Grodon Bricken. Also present were City Manager A. J. Wilson, City Attorney <br />Edward J. Cooper, and Assistant Clerk of the Council Nancy Byron Dean. <br /> <br />JT. PUBLIC HEARING <br />CRA/CITY COUNCIL <br />PROPOSED SALE OF PROPERTY <br />BY CRA TO CIVIC CTR. DEVELOPMENT <br />CONSIDERATION OF SALE CANCELLED <br /> <br />The City Manager explained that <br />the issues involved with the <br />proposed sale of property by <br />the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Aha <br />to Civic Center Development, <br /> <br />have not yet been resolved. He stated that both parties have been contacted <br />and agree to an indefinite postponement of action, <br /> <br />Following discussion, MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by McGuigan, <br />to cancel until a future date, further consideration with regard to the <br />proposed sale of property by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Aha to Civic Center Development, for the site bounded on <br />the north by Eighth Street, on the west by Main Street, on the south by <br />Civic Center Drive, and on the east by Bush Street. <br /> <br />Motion passed on the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Acosta, Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, McGuigan <br />None <br />Markel, Serrato <br /> <br />CA 82 <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The meeting of the City Council <br />was adjourned at 6:13.p.m. <br /> <br />~Dea~ <br /> ~erk of the Cou~ <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 1018 MARCH 16, 1982 <br /> <br /> <br />
