<br />. <br /> <br />\.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />1/15/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A COMMERCIAL <br />REHABILITATION PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE RAMONA BUILDING <br />PARTNERSHIP <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Agency is hereby <br />authorized to execute that certain agreement entitled <br />"Commercial Rehabilitation Participation Agreement," form <br />dated 1/15/81, between the Agency and The Ramona Building <br />Partnership, copies of which are on file in the office of <br />the Executive Director of the Agency and to which reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />2.
