<br />EJC/sc <br />2/11/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-10 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A FOURTH AMENDMENT <br />TO THE EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND FEDERATED DEPARTMENT <br />STORES, INC. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized to <br />execute, on behalf of the Agency, that c~rtain "Fourth Amendment <br />to Exclusive Negotiation Agreement", form dated 2/11/81, between <br />the Agency and Federated Department Stores, Inc., a copy of which <br />is on file in the office of the Executive Director of Agency and <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 17th day of February 17 , 1981, by <br /> the following vote: <br />.
