FREEMAN AND HOLLIS WILCOX <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized to <br />execute that certain "Grant of Easement," form dated 2/3/81, <br />between the Agency as grantor and Velma L.
