KEISER AND <br />PAULA B. KEISER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to <br />execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement <br />entitled "Second Amendment To Participation Agreement," form <br />date 2/5/81, between the Agency and Steven J. Keiser and <br />Paula B. Keiser, copies of which are on file in the office <br />of the Executive Director of the Agency and to which <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />2.
