<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHO- <br />RIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDE- <br />VELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO <br />EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br />BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE MCMAHON PARTNERSHIP <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to <br />execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement <br />entitled "Agreement for Architectural Services," form <br />dated 1/12/81, between the Agency and the McMahon Part- <br />nership, copies of which are on file in the office of <br />the Executive Director of the Agency and to which <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />2.
