<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />1/8/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-2 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE <br />A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND <br />PHILIP MEGDAL <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to <br />execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement <br />entitled "Lease Agreement Between the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Philip <br />Megdal" form dated 1/7/81, copies of which are on file in <br />the office of the Executive Director of the Agency and to <br />which reference is hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />2.
