Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $155,000 from <br />the Downtown Santa Ana Business Association and appropriating <br />the same. <br /> <br />2. Award a contract to Damon Construction Company, the lowest <br />responsive bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the <br />estimated amount of $308,750 for the construction of Fourth <br />Street landscaping between Broadway and Main Streets. <br /> <br />3. Approve a funding analysis with a total estimated construction <br />cost of $380,700. <br /> <br />4.
