Approve a loan agreement with Fountainhead Partners, loP., for <br />the acquisition and rehabilitation of the property located at 939 E. <br />Seventeenth Street in an amount not to exceed $950,000. <br /> <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare, and authorize the City <br />Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute, loan agreements <br />and all other required documents as necessary. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION <br /> <br />Motions: 1.
