<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Direct the City Attorney to prepare, and authorize the City Manager <br />and the Clerk of the Council to execute, a cooperative agreement <br />between the City of Santa Ana and the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency for the rehabilitation of streets within the Santa Ana Auto <br />Mall. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION <br /> <br />Motion: Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute, a cooperative agreement between the <br />City of Santa Ana and the Community Redevelopment Agency for the <br />rehabilitation of streets within the Santa Ana Auto Mall. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SESSION <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />ASSIGNMENT OF PHILLIPS HUTTON PARTNERS, A CALIFORNIA <br />LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY TO JOSEPH DUFFY AND ASSOCIATED <br />ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />Motions: 1. Approve the assignment of ownership of Phillips Hutton Partners, <br />a California Limited Liability Company, to Joseph Duffy for the <br />property located at 301 West Fourth Street, part of the Phillips <br />Hutton block project. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the Executive Director and Secretary to execute the <br />Estoppel Certificate prepared by the new owner, Joseph Duffy. <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />AT THIS TIME the members of the public may address the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency board members regarding any non-agenda items <br />within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Agency.
