<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH CONVERSE CONSULTANTS <br />FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />(Continued from the Regular Meeting of March 1,2004.) <br /> <br />Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute an amendment to the agreement with <br />Converse Consultants for environmental site assessment services <br />for an additional amount of $50,000, and a total contract amount not <br />to exceed $175,000. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT WITH KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute an agreement with Keyser Marston <br />Associates, Inc. to provide economic analyses and redevelopment <br />plan consulting. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND <br />ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS FOR 1600 GARDEN GROVE BOULEVARD <br /> <br />Recommended actions approved by the Community Redevelopment and <br />Housing Commission by a vote of 4:0 (Bustamante, Rodriguez absent; <br />Turner-Lloveras abstained) at its Regular Meeting of February 3, 2004. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute an agreement with the County of <br />Orange County Executive Office of Real Estate for the acquisition of <br />real property located at 1600 Garden Grove Boulevard, Santa Ana, <br />identified as Assessor Parcel No. 101-055-26, for the amount of <br />$1,600,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND <br />ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS FOR 901 BROWN STREET <br /> <br />Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute an agreement for the acquisition of <br />real property and escrow instructions acquiring the real property <br />located at 901 Brown Street, Santa Ana, and identified as Assessor <br />Parcel Number 398-313-08 from Lucila Bernardino for the amount of <br />$300,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs. <br /> <br />CRAAGENDA <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />MARCH 15,2004 <br />
