RESOLUTION NO. 82-77 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA OPPOSING ASSEMBLY BILL 3763. <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Acosta, Bricken, Luxembourger, Markel, McGuigan, Serrato <br />Griset <br />None CA 57 <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION Joyce Fleming, 2005 Summer Wind, <br />JOYCE FLEMING addressed Council regarding her <br />CITY ATTORNEY AUTHORIZED charge of alleged misconduct by <br /> the Santa Ana Police Department. <br />By unanimous informal consent, the City Attorney was authorized to <br />investigate the matter, and to advise Council as to its proper course of <br />action at its next meeting. CA 47 <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION <br />DAVID MURPHY - CHAD <br />REFERRED TO STAFF <br /> <br />employees. <br /> <br />By unanimous informal consent, the matter <br />investigation. <br /> <br />David Murphy, Campaign Director, <br />Combined Health Agencies Drive, <br />addressed Council regarding <br />a fund-raising drive for City <br /> <br />was referred to staff for //m~ ~ <br /> CA ~ <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION <br />TIMOTHY MCDOUGALL - <br />STREET SWEEPING PETITION <br />RECEIVED AND REFERRED TO STAFF <br /> <br />Timothy McDougall, 2733 #1W. <br />Keller, presented a petition to <br />Council, with 326 signatures, <br />protesting the proposed street <br />sweeping schedule in his neighborhood. <br /> <br />By unanimous informal consent, the petition was received and referred to <br />staff for appropriate action. CA 29.11 <br /> <br />ORAL COM~UNICATIONS <br />COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> <br />Councilmember Griset read a <br />release regarding incorporation <br />of Santa Anans Inc. which he <br />intended to distribute to the <br />local press. <br /> <br />Councilmember Acosta inquired of staff as to how many proposals had been <br />received for entryway construction in the various neighborhood improvement <br />plans, and as to whether a letter from a West End citizen had received a <br />response from City staff.
