<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND <br />ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS FOR 809 and 811 BROWN STREET <br /> <br />The Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission submits <br />without recommendation the staff recommendation to direct the <br />Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the Executive <br />Director to execute an agreement for the acquisition of real property <br />and escrow instructions acquiring the real property located at 809 <br />and 811 Brown Street, Santa Ana, and identified as Assessor Parcel <br />Number 398-312-10 from Grand Rapids LLC for the amount of <br />$475,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs. <br /> <br />AGENCY MOTION REQUIRED <br /> <br />At the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission's Regular <br />Meeting of August 3, 2004, the motion to adopt staff's recommendation <br />ended with a 3:3 tie vote (Rodriguez, Sarmiento, Turner noes; Betancourt <br />and Bustamante absent). <br /> <br />*** END OF CONSENT CALENDAR *** <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />AT THIS TIME the members of the public may address the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency board members regarding any non-agenda items <br />within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Agency.
