<br />5. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Motions: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SYCAMORE PARKING GARAGE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. <br />2002-29, PRIVATE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, <br />AND RELATED ACTIONS LOCATED AT 812 NORTH SYCAMORE <br />STREET <br /> <br />1. Adopt Resolution No. 2002-12 approving a Private Disposition and <br />Development Agreement between the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency and Sycamore Parking Concepts, Inc. and amended to <br />include the following changes: <br />a. A requirement that applicant add to the existing landscaping <br />in the parking lot at 809 North Broadway one extra foot of <br />landscaping directly in front of the driveway and that three <br />Queen Palms with a minimum five feet of bare trunk be <br />planted, irrigated, maintained and replanted in this widened <br />landscape area <br />b. A requirement that the applicant shall record an appropriate <br />document over the 809 and 817 North Broadway parcels <br />requiring future owners to comply with these added <br />conditions <br />c. The Deputy City Manager for Development Services and <br />Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency shall <br />develop and implement these new conditions <br /> <br />2. The Developer shall file and process with the City a demolition <br />permit to demolish the wood canopy(ies) on the east side of the <br />former racquetball court on the YMCA property. This demolition <br />permit application shall be approved by the Executive Director <br />and shall include provision for replacement and/or repair, as <br />caused by the demolition, of flashing and re-caulking of the <br />structure. Developer shall, upon issuance of the permit, cause <br />the demolition of the canopy(ies) at its sole cost. The Agency <br />shall grant Developer a right-of-entry to undertake this work on <br />the YMCA property. <br /> <br />3. Approve acceptance of property from the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />4. Reserve an easement for access to the benefit of the YMCA <br />building including the ability to install subsuñace utilities. <br /> <br />5. Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the <br />Executive Director and Secretary to execute, an agreement with <br />the City to sublease 150 parking spaces in the Sycamore Parking <br />Garage to the City of Santa Ana on a month-to-month basis. <br /> <br />CRA MINUTES <br /> <br />DECEMBER 16, 2002 <br /> <br />4 <br />
