Adopt a resolution making certain findings with respect to the <br />consideration to be received by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency pursuant to a Disposition and Development Agreement <br />between the Agency and Griffin Structures, Inc., Rosenow <br />Spevacek Group Inc., and Nestor + Gaffney Architects for the sale <br />of certain property in the Central City Redevelopment Project <br />Area, and approving the sale of said real property upon the terms <br />and conditions contained in that agreement. <br /> <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare, and authorize the City <br />Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute, a parking <br />license agreement with Griffin Structures, Inc., Rosenow <br />Spevacek Group Inc., and Nestor + Gaffney Architects. <br /> <br />3. Adopt a resolution authorizing lease financing related to the <br />renovation of the Phillips-Hutton historical block located at 301, <br />305 and 309 West Fourth Street in an amount not to exceed <br />$2,800,000, and approving related documents and actions. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION <br /> <br />Motions: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2002-06 approving a Disposition and <br />Development Agreement between the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency and Griffin Structures, Inc., Rosenow Spevacek Group <br />Inc., and Nestor + Gaffney Architects for the Phillips-Hutton block <br />located at 301, 305 and 309 West Fourth Street. <br /> <br />2. Adopt Resolution No. 2002-07 approving a financing plan in an <br />amount not to exceed $2,800,000 to provide funds to renovate the <br />Phillips-Hutton historical block, and approving related documents <br />and actions. <br /> <br />3.
