Adopt a resolution approving amendments to the Cornerstone <br />Village Improvement Program and budget to increase the Public <br />Improvement component in an amount not to exceed $100,000, <br />and to fund fac;ade and courtyard loans for 1105 and 1109 South <br />Minnie Street in an amount not to exceed $97,550. <br /> <br />2. Approve an amendment to the Cornerstone Village Owner <br />Participation Agreement to include rent and occupancy <br />restrictions for three-bedroom units. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION <br /> <br />Motions: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2002-09 approving amendments to the <br />Cornerstone Village Improvement Program and budget to <br />increase the Public Improvement component in an amount not to <br />exceed $100,000, and to fund fac;ade and courtyard loans for 1105 <br />and 1109 South Minnie Street in an amount not to exceed $97,550. <br /> <br />2. Approve an amendment to the Cornerstone Village Owner <br />Participation Agreement to include rent and occupancy <br />restrictions for three-bedroom units. <br /> <br />3.
