Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the <br />Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the <br />acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the <br />real property located at 622 N. Garfield, Santa Ana, and identified <br />as Assessor Parcel Number 398-312-16 from Olaf Kreutz for the <br />amount of $350,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs. <br /> <br />2. Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the <br />Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the <br />acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the <br />real property located at 628 N. Garfield, Santa Ana, and identified <br />as Assessor Parcel Number 398-312-17 from Eddy and Brenda <br />Vargas for the amount of $200,000 plus normal escrow and <br />closing costs. <br /> <br />.
