MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />June 21, 1982 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 3:17 p.m., in the city Council Chambers, <br />22 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor Pro Tem Patricia A. McGuigan. Council- <br />members present were John Acosta, Daniel E. Griset, J. Ogden Markel, Alfred <br />C. Serrato, and Mayor Pro Tem Patricia A. McGuigan. Also present were <br />City Manager A. J. Wilson, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of <br />the Council Janice C. Guy. Mayor Gordon Bricken and Vice Mayor R.
