Sec. 903 - Existing Boards and Commissions - By unanimous informal consent, action on Section 903 was continued to July 19, 1982. The City Attorney was instructed to provide an explanatory memorandum to Council regarding Section 903 changes. Sec. 904 - Meetings; Chairman-Appointive Boards and Commissions - MOTION was made by McGuigan, seconded by Acosta, to accept the recommendation of the Charter Revision Committee.
