NS-1640 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTIONS 41-423, 41-424, 41-425, 41-426, 41-427, 41-428, 41-429 AND 41-430 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REVISE THE PERMITTED USES AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS IN THE C5 (ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL) USE DISTRICT.
