This agreement provides for the <br />maintenance and support needed for this system. Simplex/Grinnell, LP, is <br />uniquely qualified to provide these services as they designed and <br />implemented the system. Under the terms of this amendment, the Police <br />Department will receive two new card readers to enhance the security of the <br />buildings.
