Adopt a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2005-01 as <br />conditioned. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Request of Applicant <br /> <br />Starlight Baptist Church is requesting approval of Conditional Use Permit <br />No. 2005-01 to allow a church in the Two-Family Residence (R2) zoning <br />district at 1201 West Second Street and Minor Exception No. 2005-01 to <br />allow off-site parking on a lot across the street at 1137 West Second <br />Street. <br /> <br />Property Description <br /> <br />The subj ect property consists of two sites. Both sites are flat and <br />rectangular in shape. Site 1, the church parcel, is a 0.59-acre parcel <br />presently occupied by a church, a single-family residence and two <br />apartment units. Site 1 is located on the west side of Baker Street in <br />the Two-Family Residence (R2) zoning district and has a General Plan <br />land use designation of Low Density Residential at seven dwelling units <br />per acre (LR7).
