The proposed project would be subject to appropriate water connection fees. No adverse impacts in regards to the provision of adequate water service would be associated with the proposed project. F. Comply with federal, state and local statutes and regulations related to solid waste? Less Than Significant Impact Great Western Reclamation would provide solid waste disposal service for the proposed project. The proposed project would not significantly increase the demand for solid waste disposal. Additionally, the City has adopted a Source Reduction and Recycling Element, which, establishes programs to reduce the City's overall demand for solid waste disposal. No significant adverse impacts would be associated with providing solid waste disposal service for the proposed project. XVII. MANDATORY FINDINGS OF SIGNIFICANCE A. Does the project have the potential to degrade the quality of the environment, substantially reduce the habitat of a fish or wildlife species, cause a fish or wildlife population to drop below self-sustaining levels, threaten to eliminate a plant or animal community, reduce the number or restrict the range of a rare or endangered plant or animal or eliminate important examples of the major periods of California history or prehistory. No Impact Implementation of the proposed project would not substantially reduce the habitat of fish or wildlife species, in that no fish or wildlife populations are known to exist on the project site. The operation or construction of the proposed project would not degrade the overall quality of the environment. B.
