PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Steve McGuigan announced that there would be a kickoff event for the Relay <br />for Life on March 16, 2005; he further noted that the Relay for Life would be <br />held on June 25 -26, 2005 <br />Glen Stroud asked the Council to support code enforcement as the City goes <br />through the budget process for 2005 -06 <br />90.B. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Councilmember Garcia <br />• Asked the Council to adjourn in memory of John Raitt who was a noted <br />actor and Broadway performer and whose family had strong Santa Ana <br />ties. His grandfather T.L.
