<br />City Place <br />Focused Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />Findings and Facts in Support of Findings <br /> <br />G-2 <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance of grading permits, the proposed project shall submit a site specific <br />geotechnical report that addresses and identifies the seismic constraints on the project <br />site, building loads and design recommendations to reduce potential seismic impacts to a <br />level less than significant. <br /> <br />Level of Significance of Imoacts Related to Seismic Shaking Imoacts <br /> <br />The adverse impacts of the City Place project related to parks and recreation facilities will be <br />mitigated to below a level of significance based on implementation of mitigation measure G-2. <br /> <br />Findings Related to Geologic Stabilitv Imoacts <br /> <br />Changes, or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, tbe project whicb avoid or <br />substantially lessen the significant environmental effect as identified in the EIR. <br /> <br />Facts in Suooort of the Finding Related to Geologic Stability Imoacts <br /> <br />As discussed in Section 3.7 of the EIR, the City Place project site is subject to geologic <br />constraints that could impact the geotechnical stability of the project.
