<br />0: ;;f-lÇ <br />LM.G~) <br /> <br />N-2004-156 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this / sf-' day of September I, 2004, by and between <br />Basilio Associates Inc. ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), <br />collectively refeITed to herein as "the Parties". <br /> <br />RECIIALS <br /> <br />A. The Parties entered into that certain agreement entitled "Consultant Agreement" dated September 13, <br />2001, hereinafter refeITed to as "said Agreement", for providing general "on-call" architectural services. <br /> <br />B. The Parties hereto now desire to amend the TeITll and Compensation sections of said Agreement in <br />order to in order to provide continuous uninteITUpted service under the Agreement. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all of the teITllS and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, <br />the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 2 of said Agreement pertaining to "Compensation", is hereby amended to increase the <br />compensation as total payment for its services, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00. <br />2. Section 3 of said Agreement, pertaining to TeITll is hereby amended to extend the teITll of said <br />Agreement for one year to expire on September I, 2005. <br />3.
