The meeting was reconvened in the Council Chambers at 7:53 p.m., with all <br />Councilmembers present. <br /> <br />INVOCATION <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Following the Pledge of Allegiance <br />to the Flag, the Invocation was given <br />by Reverend Gary Beard, Grand Avenue <br />United Methodist Church. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION Councilmember Patricia A. McGuigan <br />DOMESTIC VIOLENCE presented a proclamation to Neil <br />AWARENESS WEEK Olson, Member of the Board of <br /> Directors of the Women's Transitional <br />Living Center, proclaiming the week of October 9-16, 1982, as "Domestic <br />Violence Awareness Week." CA 46 <br /> <br />COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT Lori Bassett, Chairperson, presented <br />"GOLDEN CITY DAYS" an overview of "Golden City Days", <br /> explaining that activities scheduled <br /> for the period are intended as a <br />salute to the City's 113th birthday. Councilmember Daniel E. Griset <br />presented a proclamation to Lori Bassett, proclaiming October 22-31, 1982 as <br />"Golden City Days." CA 9.4 <br /> <br />COUNCIL/CRA The City Manager reported that the <br />SALE OF PROP. TO MARK P. developer had not met certain <br />ROBINSON & MARK P. ROBINSON, JR. deadlines with regard to sale of <br />NO ACTION Community Redevelopment property <br /> to Mark P. Robinson and Mark P. <br />Robinson Jr., bounded on the north by Second Street, on the west by Olive <br />Street, on the south by First Street and on the east by Flower Street, and <br />that the matter should be dropped from the agenda. No action was taken by <br />Council on the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-117 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS WITH <br />RESPECT TO THE CONSIDERATION TO BE RECEIVED BY THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />PURSUANT TO A DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AND MARK P. ROBINSON AND MARK P. ROBINSON, <br />JR. FOR THE SALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />IN THE SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND APPROVING THE <br />SALE OF SAID REAL PROPERTY UPON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />CONTAINED IN THAT AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />CA 82.4 <br /> <br />JT.
