The Board of Directors decided to decline the grant. Their <br />decision was based on the size of the grant that was awarded. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />HUD provides ESG funds to the City. Funds will be utilized for eligible <br />activities by non-profit homeless service agencies and the City. No <br />additional City funding is necessary; thus, the only fiscal impact on the <br />City is that of ongoing administration. Funds for subrecipients will be <br />available in the FY 2004-2005 and FY 2005-2006 Emergency Shelter Grant <br />account (account no. 135-152-6931). <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br /> <br />patricia C.
