The unleaded gasoline <br />storage tanks at Fire Station No. 1 require new sensors on the leak <br />detection system. In addition, Fire Station No. 5 underground fuel <br />storage tanks require a Phase I Enhanced Vapor Recovery System <br />installed to comply with California Air Resources Board recent mandated <br />Executive Orders. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on March 2 and 4, <br />bids were solicited. A summary of the bid invitations <br />received is as follows: <br /> <br />2005, <br />and <br /> <br />and <br />bids <br /> <br />14 Invitations For Bid mailed <br />2 Invitations For Bid mailed to Santa Ana vendors <br />4 Bids received <br /> <br />Bids were received, opened on March 16, 2005 and evaluated (Exhibit 1). <br />The bid from Pacific Systems Electric is responsive to the <br />specifications and meets the City's requirements. <br /> <br />22K-1 <br /> <br />CS 383 <br />
