Due to a number of <br />anticipated employee absences, the Division requires temporary staff with <br />specialized knowledge of the statutory provisions of the California Labor <br />Code for a period of nine months. Gi ven these circumstances, staff <br />surveyed six agencies, including those with existing temporary employment <br />agency contracts, to identify firms that could provide the required <br />services.
