If its proposal is accepted for final selection, the undersigned agree to negotiate in good faith with the City towazd a final Agreement containing such material business and legal deal points as set forth in the Proposal. If awazded, the undersigned agree to execute a formal Agreement within ten (10) calendar days following the Notice to Proceed, and will deliver to the City prior to the execution of the Agreement the necessary bonds, certificates of insurance and endorsements. The undersigned hereby agree that the City will not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained in these RFP documents. The undersigned further certify under penalty of perjury that this RFP is genuine and not a sham or collusive, or made in the interest of or on behalf of any person, firm or corporation not herein named; that the proposer has not directly nor indirectly induced solicited any other proposer to put a sham proposal, or any other person, form or corporation to refrain from proposing, and that the proposer has not in any manner sought by collusion to secure to himself any advantage over other proposers.
