Chestnut <br />Lisa Romero, Garden Grove <br />Cheryl Mandebaum <br />Albert Gibson, 505 S. Townsend <br /> <br />Ms. Romero also presented a petition containing approximately 98 signatures, <br />requesting that a traffic light be installed at the corner of First Street <br />and Center Avenue. <br /> <br />Following discussion, by unanimous informal consent, the Director of <br />Transportation was instructed to meet with the people involved and to report <br />back to Council on January 3, 1983. CA 18.3 <br /> <br />TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT The City Manager reviewed the <br />W/ARCHIPLAN progress made to date by Archiplan <br />CONT'D TO LATER IN AGENDA Urban Design Collaborative on <br />...... the design of the Santa Ana-Orange <br />County Transportation Center. He further presented a proposed time <br />frame if the contract were to be terminated with Archiplan and a new <br />contract awarded to design/build the Transportation Center. <br /> <br />By unanimous informal consent, the matter was continued to later in the <br />agenda.
